AIDA prefers to hire young people who have a strong personality and desire to get involved, fluent in languages, especially English, to be trained internally to form the essential basis for a long and stable collaboration. The required features are:
- Knowledge of written and spoken English; any additional languages: French, Spanish and other languages
- Flexibility, open mind and communication skills
- Education: upper secondary school (College degree not specifically required)
- Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
- Predisposition to group work
- Ability to relate to different cultures
